How to get more time in your day
Did you know that it's possible to only sleep 2-3 hours per day, and still feel wonderful, and not be sleep-deprived? No? Well, Steve Pavlina is doing it. So are these people. You can too. All you need to do is follow an hexaphasic sleep schedule, with no core sleep (although periodic reboots are recommended). If that sentence was all Greek to you, then, rather than learning Greek, you see our answer to the question What are the sleeping schedules. Even if you don't like the hexaphasic one, even the biphasic one will buy you a few extra hours per day.
