Lucid Dreaming
Many people have many more lucid dreams while they're in a hexaphasic lifestyle. There are any number of sites about lucid dreaming, so I'll just point out one or two:

Vivid Dreaming
Other people have pointed out that their dreams, while dreaming, are much more vivid with polyphasic sleep. Some examples:
